Grad Fair is your one-stop opportunity to prepare for Commencement Weekend

Come to Grad Fair to pick up your Commencement ReGAELia, learn about upcoming Commencement events, check in with SMC departments, grad schools and offices, plus meet local vendors for Grad Grounds (aka plots) reception planning!

Register to participate in Commencement by March 1st and come to Grad Fair to pick up your complimentary regalia (cap, gown, tassel and hood), guest tickets, order personalized announcements, class jewelry, diploma frames, buy alumni merchandise and learn about Grad Grounds.

What You'll Do at Grad Fair!

1. CHECK IN UPON ARRIVAL
with your photo/SMC ID. You'll receive a Grad Fair Passport for navigating the event exhibitors, and entering to win prizes!

2. VISIT THE JOSTENS BOOTH
to pick up complimentary academic regalia, purchase discounted gift bundles (details attached), order a custom stole, personalized announcements or class jewelry.

3. VISIT SMC BOOTHS
Alumni, Grad Schools KSOE, SEBA, SOLA & SOS, Intercultural Center, Honors Program, Office of the Registrar, Student Disability Services, and more!

4. PICK UP YOUR COMMENCEMENT TICKETS
at the MECS booth! G&PS Tickets will be sent virtually; visit our booth to complete the form.

5. ORDER A PERSONALIZED STOLE
when you stop by the CollegeWear or Jostens booths!

6. SIGN UP FOR CULTURAL CELEBRATIONS
at the Inter Cultural Center (ICC) booth!

7. TAKE GRADUATE PORTRAITS
With our free official Commencement Photographer! Proofs available after Grad Fair to purchase photos.

8. PRACTICE CROSSING THE STAGE
We'll be providing a stage mock-up so you can practice processing up to and crossing the stage.

9. LEARN ABOUT GRAD GROUNDS
Information and Q&A sessions will be occurring throughout Grad Fair.
Remember: We provide the plot, YOU plan the party.

10. WIN FREE PRIZES
Turn in your Grad Fair Passport after visiting at least eight (8) booths!
You could win a FREE Diploma Frame from Jostens, your 1st Choice Grad Grounds Plot from MECS, and more!

Can't make it to Grad Fair? Order your academic regalia online beginning Thursday, March 6 through Friday, April 18; shipping fees will apply. The complimentary regalia ordering site will close on Sunday, April 19.
